Privacy Policy.
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Effective Date: May 28, 2026 · Last updated: May 29, 2026
The short version
We collect only what you give us through forms and email. We do not run advertising, tracking, or analytics scripts on this website. We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. We do not sell your information. We are a small business based in Houston, Texas, and we serve healthcare organizations and consulting partners across the United States. The rest of this page explains the details.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to dadosconsulting.com (the "Site") and is published by Valme Analytics LLC, doing business as Dados Consulting ("Dados," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a Texas-registered limited liability company headquartered in Houston, Texas. The terms "you" and "your" refer to any visitor to the Site or person who contacts us.
Using the Site or contacting us means you accept the practices described here. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site or contact us.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, book a call, or email us, we collect:
- Identity and contact information: name, work email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), employer or organization, and job title or role.
- Inquiry content: the message you send, including any details about your data architecture, engagement, or situation you share with us.
- Booking metadata (when you book a call): our scheduling tool is Calendly, hosted at calendly.com. When you book through their interface, Calendly collects information directly from you under its own privacy policy. We receive only the meeting details (your name, email, selected time, and any notes you choose to include).
2.2 Information automatically collected by our hosting provider
The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. As with any web server, Netlify logs certain technical information for every request, including your IP address, request URL, HTTP referer, user-agent string, and timestamp. These server logs exist for security, abuse prevention, and operational reliability. They are processed under Netlify's privacy policy and are retained for a limited period.
We do not maintain a separate copy of these logs, do not analyze them for marketing purposes, and do not combine them with any other personal information.
2.3 Aggregate analytics (Plausible)
We use Plausible Analytics to count visitors at an aggregate level so we understand which pages are useful and which marketing channels are working. Plausible is privacy-first by design:
- It does not use cookies and does not require a cookie banner.
- It does not collect personal information and does not store IP addresses or persistent user identifiers.
- It does not fingerprint visitors and does not follow them across sites.
- It does not share, sell, or otherwise disclose data to any third party.
- All data is hosted in the European Union.
The data we see is limited to: total page views per URL, traffic sources (such as "linkedin.com" or "google"), country, browser family, and aggregate click events on specific buttons (such as the Calendly booking link). See Plausible's data policy for the technical detail.
2.4 What we do NOT collect on this Site
- We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, or any other surveillance-style tracking script.
- We do not run advertising pixels or remarketing tags.
- We do not use third-party cookies for marketing, analytics, or profiling.
- We do not knowingly process sensitive personal data, biometric data, or precise geolocation through this Site.
- We do not direct this Site to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This Site does not set any cookies of its own. We do not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. Because we set no cookies that require consent under U.S. or EU rules, this Site does not display a cookie banner.
If you choose to interact with embedded third-party links (for example, our Calendly booking link, which opens calendly.com in a new tab), those third parties may set cookies on their own domains under their own policies. We do not control or share in those cookies.
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, alert you when cookies are set, or delete cookies that other sites have set. Doing so does not impair the functionality of this Site.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we receive only to:
- respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, or fulfill a service you have requested;
- provide our data architecture, modernization, and consulting services to clients and partner firms;
- keep records of our communications and engagements as required for legal, accounting, and audit purposes;
- protect the Site, our systems, and our clients from fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
- comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately and explicitly opted in to receive them. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers (data processors) we use to run the business: Netlify (web hosting), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Calendly (scheduling), and Plausible (aggregate analytics). These providers process your information on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to deliver their service. Each operates under its own published privacy practices.
- Client engagements: if your inquiry is part of an engagement we are delivering with a consulting partner (for example, you reach out about work we are doing under a firm's contract), we may share your message and relevant context with that partner.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, court order, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud or protect our rights, our clients, or public safety.
- Business transfers: if we sell or transfer the business, personal information may transfer with it, subject to the protections of this policy or its successor.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The Site is served over HTTPS, our email and calendar are administered through Google Workspace with two-factor authentication, and access to inquiry records is limited to the principal and to engagement staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. How long we keep your information
We retain inquiry messages and engagement records for as long as needed to support the relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations (generally up to seven years). You can ask us to delete records that we are not legally required to retain at any time by emailing contact@dadosconsulting.com.
8. Your privacy rights
Regardless of where you live, you can email us at contact@dadosconsulting.com to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 45 days, or sooner where required by law.
8.1 Texas residents (TDPSA)
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act ("TDPSA") gives Texas residents the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access and correct that data, to obtain a portable copy, to request deletion, and to opt out of (a) targeted advertising, (b) the sale of personal data, and (c) profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in any of these activities. Dados qualifies as a small business under the U.S. Small Business Administration definition, and we do not process or sell sensitive personal data through the Site. You may still exercise the access, correction, and deletion rights described above by contacting us.
8.2 California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the rights to know what personal information we have collected about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information through the Site. Based on currently published thresholds (annual gross revenues, volume of California consumer data, and percentage of revenue from selling or sharing data), Dados is not a "business" subject to the CCPA. We honor the access, correction, and deletion rights described above regardless.
8.3 EU and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Dados is established in the United States and targets U.S. healthcare clients. We do not actively market to or monitor individuals in the EU or UK. If you are in the EU or UK and choose to contact us, we process your personal information on the legal bases of (a) your consent in submitting it, (b) the legitimate interest of responding to your inquiry, and (c) compliance with our legal obligations. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing by emailing us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. We do not sell or share personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We will not start doing so without first updating this policy and providing an opt-out mechanism.
10. Third-party links and services
The Site links to external resources that we do not operate, including but not limited to Calendly (for scheduling) and content links to publicly available articles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
11. Children's privacy
The Site and our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, the law, or the services we use evolve. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period after they take effect. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
